Relationship between Contributory Negligence and Accidents
Accidents are unpredictable and can take place anytime. No one can guarantee your safety when you are out or even at your home and there are times when the cause of the accident is not apparent. That is why contributory negligence may be an important factor in an accident injury claim. Though, as far as road accidents are concerned, the accident could have occurred because of somebody else’s fault and negligence.
If the accident takes place at workplace, it could have been because the employer did not take proper measures to ensure the safety of the employees. The injured person’s negligence could also have been the reason for the accident.
